Clean Air Shower System for FHT and DPT
The Clean Air Injection System produces a laminar flow of highly filtered air that can dramatically improve the head/disk interface for FHT and DPT measurements.
Left panel of Machine is fitted with Clean Air Injector. Over 1000 small holes provide clean air with laminar flow over the Head/Disk area.
Right panel of Machine is drilled to control air exit
Prior to injection, air runs through pressure and flow control as well as a series of special filters.
