MicroPhysics SliderLab

Within SliderLab software's testing environment, new and existing slider geometries can be entered, run, tested, and analyzed, offering you the opportunity to develop new and better technologies more rapidly than ever before.

SliderLab was designed for use with standard, TPC, and 'negative pressure' sliders.  The SliderLab interface allows you, the user, to draw the geometry of the slider any way you like.  The mouse can also be used to 'drag' portions of the geometry for easy editing.  Precise geometrical input can be made using the 'snap-to-grid' input.  Additionally, exact coordinates may be entered using the keyboard within dialog boxes.  The graphical input capabilities of SliderLab allows the designer to focus on head geometry design, not program operation.

SliderLab Capabilities:
SliderLab is the turnkey solution to modeling tomorrow's sliders today.

    Easy input of patterned geometry
    Easy geometrical tolerance testing
    Fast robust solutions
Accurate modeling of blends and steps
    Slider/Disk contact
